Standard Vortex panels come in  4’ x 8’, 4’ x 10’, and 4’ x 12’sizes. The lowest cost approach to heating the pool would be with the leastnumber of the largest size collector panels. We do make custom sizes upto 4’ x 20’.  These are somewhat more costly per square foot of collector, but if this is the only way to achieve the desired result, then it is a good solution.
